Parental Guidance Required

Friday & Saturday after 4pm

YOUTH ACCOMPANIMENT POLICY

Water Tower Place is committed to providing an enjoyable shopping experience and safe, family friendly, environment for all of our guests. In this regard:

1. We require that those 17 and under be accompanied at all times by a parent or supervising adult age 21 or older on Fridays and Saturdays after 4:00PM**.

**Additional Special Parental Guidance days and times may occur from time to time at our discretion, particularly during the holiday season.

2. Unsupervised youths shopping at Water Tower Place prior to 4:00PM on Friday and Saturday afternoons must leave prior to 4:00PM, or immediately be joined by a parent or supervising adult age 21 or older.

3. Proof of age may be required for the youth and/or supervising adult. Those who lack proper identification may be asked to leave Water Tower Place. Valid forms of identification include a state-issued driver's license, a military ID, a school ID card, or a passport. The identification must be tamper-proof and include a photograph and date of birth (Proof of age shall not be required for youth age 10 and below.)

4. One adult may accompany up to four youths but all so accompanied youths must remain with that supervising adult.

5. Supervising adults are responsible for the actions of the youths they accompany.
