Water Tower Place Code of Conduct

Water Tower Place is committed to providing an enjoyable shopping experience and safe, family friendly, environment for all of our guests. While visiting, the following Code of Conduct must be adhered to:

• Disorderly and disruptive conduct of any nature is prohibited. This includes fighting, harassment, use of obscene laguage or gestures, the playing of any smart phone or other audio devices aloud without the use of headphones, the making of any objectionable or disturbing noises, sounds, or vibrations, running, throwing objects, littering or otherwise disturbing or disrupting the quiet enjoyment of our guests.

• Climbing or standing on furniture, walls or escalator railings or dividers is prohibited.

• Appropriate attire, including shirts and shoes, is required. Clothing or tattoos with offensive or obscene words, phrases, or graphics is prohibited. No visible undergarments or clothing which exposes excessive portions of the skin which may be viewed as inappropriate for a family-friendly environment or excessively torn clothing is permitted. Excluding attire worn in accord with standard cultural or religious practice or a serious medical condition; deliberately obscuring the face is prohibited.

• Distributing material, soliciting, demonstrating, conducting interviews, taking professional photos or video or audio recordings is prohibited unless approved in writing by Water Tower Place Management.

• Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited other than within premises having a liquor license.

• Smoking and vaping is prohibited other than in prescribed areas and smoking marijuana is not permitted in Water Tower Place. • Any act that threatens the safety of our guests or could result in physical harm or damage to property is prohibited.

• The use of bikes, skates, Heelys, or skateboards is prohibited.

• No pets other than bona fide service pets are permitted and service pets must be leashed and owners of such pets must clean-up after them.

• Loitering in front of or blocking stores, restaurants, theaters, parking areas, sidewalks, streets or other common areas is prohibited.

• Any act that violates Municipal, State or Federal Laws is prohibited.

• Retail store hours are Monday – Thursday 11 am – 7 pm, Friday – Saturday 11 am – 8 pm, Sunday 12 – 6 pm; after such times guests are welcome at restaurants or businesses that remain open. After the retail store hours all guests under age 17 must be accompanied by a parent or supervising adult.

• Any activity inconsistent with the general purpose of the property, which is shopping, dining, and visiting theaters or business offices.

• No firearms or illegal weapons are permitted within Water Tower Place.

• Guests who do not act responsibly or follow Water Tower Place policies may be asked to leave the premises. If they fail or refuse to do so, they may be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass.
