Dr. Daniel I. Chin, Jr., is Board-Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a  Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. With advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial problems, Dr. Daniel I. Chin, Jr., is qualified to assist you with treatments ranging from the removal of wisdom teeth, placement of dental implants, management of facial injuries and infections, treatment of dental and skeletal deformities, surgical management of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and facial and jaw reconstruction procedures. Dr. Chin is affiliated with Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago & St. Alexius Medical Center.
